After-sales support policy

In the following cases, we will help you fix the problem completely for free

  • Your software has a License error before the software expiration date (due to arbitrarily changing the date on the computer resulting in License error), we will support to fix it for you.
  • Lost the offline User account that we saved on your computer
  • Set up the software to be used with a VCI different from the previous VCI that you have used. we will support you completely free of charge.

However, in some cases the error is subjective, or inadvertent by the user, we absolutely do not want this to happen, but we have to charge a fee for the purpose of making customers more aware, as follows:

  • Software error due to conflicts with software installed by you or someone else after we have done the installation on your computer. In this case, we will assist you in checking to know which software is conflicting with each other, and find out how to fix it if possible.
  • Your software has a license error before the software expiration date because your computer is infected with a virus, or the anti-virus software on your computer has destroyed the crack file, leading to software error.
  • Your hardware device (VCI) is faulty and the software connection cannot be performed with the vehicle. In this case, we will assist you to check the connection to see if your software or hardware is having problems
  • Computer infected with virus leads to software errors: this is very serious, because it affects not only the software, but it can even affect your data. We recommend that you clean the virus first, or for extreme cases, you can Format the hard drive and reinstall a new operating system. After the recovery is complete, you contact us again to install the new software.
