2.1. VOLVO DPF DELETE

DPF related issues on Your Volvo? Constant DPF regens? Our Volvo DPF delete tuning will solve all Your DPF nightmares. After tuning You will need to straight pipe Your exhaust, or hollow out the filter.

2.2. VOLVO EGR DELETE

EGR returns exhaust gases back to Your intake, causing it to be filled with excessive soot. All that affects engine performances, turbo life. Volvo EGR delete tuning, will allow You to block off EGR, disable EGR temperature and differential pressure sensors.

2.3. VOLVO DEF SCR DELETE

DEF & SCR systems cause major reliability issues on most Volvo trucks. Low DEF level, torque and power derates, failed sensors.
Our Volvo DEF SCR delete tuning will disable all DEF & SCR related protections & derates. You will be able to bypass SCR filter, and DEF will not be dosing any longer.

There is no reason to ship Your Volvo ECM any where!
All tuning is done online (remotely), through diagnostic port.

2.5. REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE TUNNING

• Windows Laptop
• Good and stable internet connection
• Software Diagnostic program installed and working for reading codes
• Diagnostic Adapter. Recommended diagnostic Adapter is Nexiq USB Link and some other RP1210 Adapters.

2.6. TUNING SPECIFICATION

• Regen Disabled
• No Derates or fault codes related to DPF/EGR/DEF/SCR
• Fleet safe power upgrade (Engine is not over powered)

2.7. WORKING REQUIRED AFFTER THE TUNING

• Drill filter
• Block off EGR on both sides (If EGR is deleted)
• Unplug EGR sensors (If EGR is deleted)
• Unplug DPF SCR sensors
• Unplug DEF Pump
