Answer: Very simply, the website VIETVehicle.com is designed as an e-commerce website, so you just need to choose the product you want to buy and proceed with the payment. Question: Is remote software installation supported? How to do that?

Answer: All software we provide support remote installation service. Please check carefully that you have selected the option: “Support Remote Install” when you make your purchase. We will do it through Teamviewer software

 

Question: If I can install it myself, can I buy the full software package including Keygen too?

Answer: Depending on different types of software, there will be different options. Please select Option: “Full software/ Install by yourself” to buy the full software package (including Keygen)

 

Question: How will I receive the software?

Answer: It depends on the option you choose when buying. If you choose Option: “Full software/ Install by yourself”, We will send the full software (including installation files, keygen…) for you via email. If you choose the option: “Support remote install”, we will download and remote install it for you.

 

Question: If the software have error during use, is it supported?

Answer: We will support you to test the software after installation, ensuring the software must be working properly and fully functional as we previously committed to you. Not stopping there, in the process of using, if you encounter software errors, we will still support you. Please refer to the After-Sales Support policy

Question: The working time of VIETVehicle.com?

Answer: Our official working time is from 08:00 – 17:30 every Monday to Saturday (GMT +7). However, in fact, we always have a customer support department outside of official hours. In case we do not respond to you after 10 minutes, it is midnight in our country, please leave your contact information, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Question: When the software license expires, can I renew it for free?

Answer: You will not be able to renew for free if the software license has expired. Each software will have a different License term, we will notify you during the consultation process.

 

Question: How long is the software license?

Answer: Depending on the software, there will be a different License period (usually 1 year by default). We will notify you during the consultation.

 

Question: Is there a free software update?

Answer: Almost all the software we provide is in the cracked form, so it cannot be updated. To get the software with a newer version, you will have to pay a fee to purchase it.

 

Question: After payment, how many computers can I install this software on?

Answer: The price of the software we put on the website is the price for 1 PC, if you want to install the software on more than one computer, you will have to pay more. Please talk to us first, we will answer this question for you in the most detail.
