All software installed from VIETVehicle.com are tested and guaranteed to work ok after installation. On a case-by-case basis, we have the following policies:

For all software, the default duration license is 3 years from the time of installation.

2. Free 1-Year Support for The Following Cases.

– Change the date on Windows leads to software errors.

– Lost the user account we saved on your computer.

– Setup VCI to connect with software.

3. The Cases Support Have Fee.

3.1. In Case The Computer Has a Virus, The Software is Fault.

Support re-install after fix the virus error.

– For the software we provide: the service fee is 65% of the selling price. The license is continued.

– For software not provided by us: service fee equal to 85% of the selling price.

3.2. In Case The HWID is Changed, The Software Cannot Be Used.

– For the software we provide: the service fee is 65% of the selling price. The license is continued.

– For software not provided by us: service fee equal to 85% of the selling price.

4. Software Renew Policy After Expiration.

– When the software license expires and you want to renew it to continue using the same software, you will receive a discount of up to 10%.

– If you want to update to the current latest version, you will get a discount of up to 12%.
